A Forks Township-based mechanical piping solutions provider has acquired a Utah-based manufacturer, further expanding its footprint into the western United States. Gas Pipe Manufacturers
Victaulic, 4901 Kesslersville Road, this week announced the acquisition of West Jordan, Utah-based Utility Coatings & Fabrication (UCF). That company near Salt Lake City was founded in 1988. The deal was completed on Feb. 7.
