SEVIER COUNTY, Utah, June 13, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — State wildfire officials say a brake drum that separated from a vehicle sparked the 20-acre Clear Creek Fire burning east of Fremont Indian State Park.

The fire started about 10 a.m. Tuesday, impacting travel along Interstate 70 in Sevier County, according to Utah Fire Info. Caliper Parts

Crews spent Wednesday mopping up and gridding the perimeter of the fire, which is now 50% contained, officials said.
