Mecosta Mayhem to feature fire truck pull benefiting Special Olympics

The Mecosta Mayhem, First Responders Festival will feature a fire truck pull benefiting the Area 5 Special Olympics on Saturday, July 20.

BARYYTON — Mecosta Mayhem is set to feature another addition to its programming with a fire truck pull benefiting Area 5 Special Olympics.  Construction Lifting Equipment

Mecosta Mayhem to feature fire truck pull benefiting Special Olympics

At 1 p.m., Saturday, July 20, the Mecosta Mayhem festival will feature a fire truck pull hosted by the Barryton Community Fire Department. The truck pull, held in Barryton, will feature 10 person teams and will see who can pull a fire truck 50 feet the fastest.

Car Hoist Brendan Sanders is a 2022 graduate of Ferris State University with a bachelor's degree in Sports Communication and minors in Journalism and Marketing/Sales. At Ferris State he was the Editor in Chief for the Ferris State Torch newspaper and is a member of Ferris State University's Sports Leadership Institute Advisory Board. A Lowell High School graduate, Brendan is an avid fan of various sports, including football, basketball and any form of motorsport.
