Egg hunters are invited to grab a basket and join the search for candy and toy-filled plastic eggs at the city’s Eggstravaganza event on Saturday, March 30 at Surprise Stadium, 15850 N. Bullard Ave.
This family event features a kids zone, a children’s entrepreneurship shopping market, food trucks and Mr. and Mrs. Bunny.
Admission is free with a canned food donation to Valley View Community Food Bank. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Surprise Stadium gates will open at 7:30 a.m. with the first hunt beginning at 8:20 a.m. for children 2 and under.
Hunts are separated by age group and continue approximately every 30 minutes with an open hunt at the end for those who have missed their age group.
One parent os allowed on the field for the two youngest groups and times subject to change.
Only service animals are allowed in the stadium.
Note there will be a partial closure of Bullard Avenue north and southbound. Use Paradise Lane to access the Surprise Stadium parking lot or Tierra Buena Lane for additional parking.
