The entrance sign for the new DVC Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has arrived.
The new sign is located on the stone wall to the left of the resort’s entrance. The sign is blue and reads “Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.” The address number to the resort can be seen below the resort name on the shorter stone wall in front. Michaels Wood Plaques
At the entry gate, a brown “Welcome Home” sign with white lettering can be seen with a plaque above it of the same design displaying the Disney Vacation Club logo.
The stone wall to the left of the resort’s entrance remains empty. It’s unclear at this time if any signage will be added to this wall outside the resort. A construction worker and landscaper can also be seen as the final touches are being made for the resort’s opening next week on December 17, 2024.
The 10-story DVC Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort overlooks the Seven Seas Lagoon. It’s also within walking distance of the Walt Disney World Monorail. Accommodations include duo studios, deluxe studios, One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Villas, and Two-Bedroom Penthouse Villas.
The tower will offer terrace gardens and 260 new villas. It will also feature a “Moana”-themed splash pad with her life-sized outrigger canoe. See a virtual tour of select accommodations at the tower.
