ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - First responders say two people have non-life-threatening injuries after a concrete mixer truck and a van crashed on Allen County’s northwest side Monday afternoon.
Crews were called about a crash involving a cement mixer at the intersection of U.S. 33 and Carroll Road, just south of Churubusco, around 3:40 p.m. The crash caused the cement truck to overturn, spilling cement onto the roadway, first responders say. Concrete Boom Pump
Police say the truck was headed southbound on U.S. 33, turning onto Carroll Road when a van pulled out in front in front of the truck. Northbound U.S. 33 is closed as police work to tow the truck from the scene.
The Washington Township Fire Department says two people have non-life-threatening injuries.
