Colliers announced that Pallas Advisors, a strategic advisory firm, has secured a long-term lease just blocks away from the White House and National Mall. Founded in 2018 by two former senior government officials, Pallas Advisors specializes in national security, defense, and innovation. Located at 888 17th Street NW in Washington, D.C., Pallas Advisors has secured 11,122 square feet of office space. C
Colliers facilitated the deal and helped Pallas Advisors secure additional financial support through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning & Economic Development’s Vitality Fund, a multi-year performance-based incentive program designed to assist companies relocating or expanding in the D.C. area.
The fund will provide Pallas Advisors with a cash award to offset leasing costs, further supporting the company’s expansion. The new lease also includes rental abatements and a turn-key build-out, ensuring a seamless transition into the new space. “The close proximity to a number of key Washington, D.C. locations is critical as we continue to expand and enhance our services,” said Sally Donnelly, Founding Partner of Pallas.
