Worried you missed out on the best Cyber Monday kitchen deals? Don't be. Because while it's true that some of the most sought-after on-sale gear sold out between Black Friday and yesterday, there are still plenty of great deals to snag on this wintry Tuesday morning. Many DTC brands and smaller retailers have rolled their Cyber Monday sale into a Cyber Week promotion, and we know from experience that many Amazon Cyber Monday deals stick around for at least a few days after the official sales event has ended. For you, this means it's still entirely possible to save big on small appliances, high-end cookware, bakeware, tableware, cleaning gear, and everyday kitchen tools—and yes, this includes quite a bit of our top-tested gear plus items our editors love to use in our own homes. erw pipe manufacturing machine 1

Black Friday and Cyber Monday may be two days on the calendar, but we've actually been keeping an eye on early deals since October and working around the clock since before Thanksgiving to bring you the lowest prices on the gear we actually recommend. And we're not slowing down yet, because even though it's Tuesday, we still want to make sure you get the very best deal on that Vitamix blender, Le Creuset Dutch oven, food processor, air fryer, or Yeti tumbler you've been eyeing for months.

So if you've been waiting to upgrade your own kitchen—or you need to cross a few things off that holiday shopping list for the enthusiastic home cooks in your life—it’s time to stop waiting and start shopping. Because at this point, these deals really could be gone in a flash.

A Le Creuset Dutch oven during our product testing for the best Dutch ovens.

Our top-rated Dutch ovens rarely go on sale, but this is one of those times when you can buy one at a lower price. So if you've been going back and forth between a Staub and a Le Creuset, today is the day to finally pick a team (hint: it really comes down to personal preference). If you're already at Dutch oven capacity in your kitchen, consider replacing your nonstick pan, investing in some All-Clad stainless steel cookware, or nabbing some trendy-but-functional pieces from brands like Our Place and Great Jones.

DEAL: Staub 7 Qt Enameled Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven

A Staub Dutch oven can only be rivaled by a Le Creuset Dutch oven. Both are high-quality pieces of French-made enamelware that’ll last a lifetime with proper care—but in our most recent round of testing, the Staub was our top pick thanks to the black, textured interior enamel that's better for browning and releasing food after cooking and it conceals wear over time. Snag one on sale today and enjoy making braises, soups, and stews for until spring.

DEAL: Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron Round Wide Dutch Oven

When it comes to Staub vs Le Creuset Dutch ovens, we really can't pick a favorite—it honestly comes down to personal preference. Both heritage French brands make enamelware that will last forever. If you like a wider, shallower style and that Le Creuset je ne sais quois, get this enameled cast iron Dutch oven while it's on sale for Cyber Monday.

DEAL: Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Signature Iron Handle Skillet

If you like the thermal properties of cast iron, but don’t want to worry about the seasoning, an enameled cast iron skillet is the next best thing. Cast iron purists might argue that straight cast iron will give you a superior sear, but we’ve found that enameled cast iron does just fine—especially if it has a dark, textured interior enamel like this Le Creuset Signature skillet. Plus, the enamel can handle acidic pan sauces that would jeopardize the seasoning of a regular cast iron.

Kana Milo 5.5-Quart Classic Dutch Oven

As far as Dutch ovens go, the Milo by Kana is a great middle ground choice between the affordable Amazon Basics and Lodge Essential Dutch ovens, and the luxe Le Creusets and Staubs. It has a straight-forward, minimal design and it's made out of recycled cast iron.

DEAL: Lodge Enameled Cast Iron Covered Casserole, 3.6-Quart, Oyster White

The Lodge Enameled Cast Iron Casserole dish is a kitchen workhorse. This round covered braiser boasts even heat distribution, making it great for baking, broiling, and roasting. The porcelain enameled interior reduces sticking and is easy to clean. Senior commerce writer Emily Farris has been using this one at home for ages and it's held up like a champ (she even made her popular vegetarian stuffing in it for Thanksgiving this year).

DEAL: Lodge 10.25 Inch Cast Iron Pre-Seasoned Skillet

If you want a quality cast-iron skillet but don't want to go to the trouble of seasoning it yourself (at least initially), we recommend snagging this pre-seasoned cast iron skillet from Lodge while it's on sale today. With proper care, it will last forever and the continued seasoning you'll get from regular use will make the cooking surface nearly nonstick too.

DEALS: VIctoria Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet

A long-time favorite of our product testers, the Victoria cast iron skillet is another affordable cast iron pan that comes with an excellent seasoning right out of the box.

DEALS: GreenPan Paris Pro Hard Anodized Ceramic Nonstick, 10" Frying Pan Skillet, Grey

Ceramic nonstick has exploded in popularity as people have grown more and more concerned about forever chemicals (ceramic is entirely nontoxic) and no brand is more associated with it than GreenPan. Their Paris Pro pan is our top pick out of all of the nonstick pans out there for its functionality, value, and, of course, its reliably slick surface.

DEAL: Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro

Our Place went viral for their toxin-free ceramic pan and now dominates the DTC ceramic-coated cookware space competitor Caraway, but their Titanium version offers an excellent upgrade for more serious cooks. Thanks to its Titanium surface, it can withstand temperatures of up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, and the interior has a unique design that makes it virtually nonstick without any harmful coatings.

DEAL: All-Clad Nonstick 2-Piece Fry Pan Set

All-Clad is known for their superior stainless steel cookware—and that's what we mainly love them for. However, several of our editors are big fans of the company's nonstick skillets. They're hefty and sturdy, and their nonstick coating is ultra slick and perfect for making omelets. (Note: These are traditional nonstick pans, and while we would never recommend a full nonstick cookware set, it is nice to have one or two good nonstick pans for dishes that really stick. Never use them on high heat, and never use metal utensils on them, as it could damage the nonstick surface.)

This saucier wins our product test for the best small saucepan thanks to even heating and the classic durability we expect from All-Clad. The difference between a saucier and a sauce pan is rounded edges, which make it easer to get a whisk into the sides of your pan while your making a pan sauce or a custard.

DEAL: Nuwave Mosaic Induction Wok

Want to get into wok cooking, but don't want to deal with actual smoke and flames? Nuwave's 14-inch induction wok can reach temperatures as high as 575° F, and can be adjusted in five degree increments. It also features an auto shutoff function, so you never have to wonder whether or not you remembered to turn it off after you leave the house.

A process shot of senior writer Emily Farris testing this Zojirushi rice cooker as part of our search for the very best ones.

It's the most wonderful time of the year to save on essential kitchen appliances that you've either been holding off on buying or seriously need to upgrade. Pick up one of our favorite rice cookers, a KitchenAid tilt-head stand mixer, or a countertop smart oven air fryer from Breville that can replace your air fryer, slow cooker (sorry, Crock-Pot, you'll always hold a special place in our hearts!), dehydrator, and other countertop cooking appliances (but not your rice cooker, you still need one of those if you eat a lot of rice at home).

The Vitamix 5200 is the best of the best blenders. That's because Vitamix makes the best blenders you can buy and this model happens to be the best Vitamix blender you can buy. It consistently comes out on top in our product testing and many of our editors use it at home (you can find it in professional kitchens too). It's still on sale for Cyber Monday so snag this deal before it goes back up to full price.

According to Vitamix, the Explorian is a great "starter blender" but don't let that fool you into thinking it's any less functional than other Vitamix blenders. It's just as powerful and versatile as our all-time favorite, the top-tested 5200, but it's more affordable and more compact—which is great if you're tight on kitchen space. If you’re curious about other sales from our favorite blender maker, then be sure to shop our round-up of the best Vitamix sales.

DEAL: Philips Sparkling Water Maker

The Philips soda maker can put out bubbly, spicy water with the best of them, and it has a slicker look than most. But unlike some of the other beautiful countertop soda makers (looking at you Aarke) the Philips is actually quite affordable. This one does not come with a CO2 canister but you can still snag a couple of those on sale today too.

DEAL: Zwilling Enfinigy Personal Blender

There is simply no better personal blender than this smoothie master from Zwilling. It's incredibly powerful and produced better results than any other personal blender during our tests.

Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy 10-Cup Rice Cooker and Warmer

Most people probably don’t need a rice cooker this big. But if you have a lot of hungry mouths to feed, and those mouths are attached to people who like to consume copious amounts of rice, than you probably do need a rice cooker this big. This is the Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy, which is always a top performer in our rice cooker product tests.

DEAL: Toshiba 6 Cup Rice Cooker with Fuzzy Logic

This 6-cup Zojirushi rice cooker boasts "Fuzzy technology," a feature that automatically detects the moisture levels in your rice to ensue that it comes out perfect in 30 minutes or less, every time. It also has a host of other settings for things like porridge and steamed eggs, and the inner pot has a nontoxic, nonstick coating for easy cleanup.

DEAL: Omega NC900HDC Cold Press Juicer Machine

Omega's horizontal juicers range in size and price, and you get more power and functionality the more you spend. But even the more compact models like this NC900HDC will wow you out of the box. In addition to being a powerful masticating juicer, you can use it to make nut butters and fruit and veggie purees. It also functions as a coffee grinder and food processor. Bonus: It's easy to clean compared to other juicers.

DEALS: Panasonic Flash Xpress Toaster Oven

In the realm of toaster ovens, the Panasonic Flash Xpress is a classic. Nowadays, toaster ovens have evolved into large, multisetting counter top smart ovens that do far more than make toast. This toaster oven offers you a great deal of versatility and cooking control, but in a far more compact package.

DEAL: KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer

Dorm-dwellers, people with small apartments, and anyone who has ever wished they had an extra burner on their stove during the holidays will appreciate having this portable induction cooktop in their kitchen arsenal. DEAL: Wolf Gourmet Elite Digital Countertop Convection Toaster Oven (WGCO150S)

The Wolf Gourmet Elite is basically a mini convection oven. It’s got the same advanced temperature control and probe thermometer you can expect out of a regular Wolf oven, and it’s also a lot bigger than the average countertop oven—all qualities that make it one of our favorite toaster ovens. It even uses convection cooking, so it can double as an air fryer. That size does unfortunately make it heavier than other toaster ovens and it's also pretty pricey, but sales on Amazon and Williams Sonoma can at least help take the edge off of that cost.

DEAL: Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro

Breville makes some of the best—if not the best, if you ask us—countertop ovens on the market and even their less expensive, less-feature-heavy models will outperform fancy ovens from other brands. This smart oven falls is in the middle of its multi-oven offerings and has convection and 11 presets to make cooking just about anything (including a whole chicken) a breeze and it's a fully-functional air fryer too.

DEAL: Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer

With a convection fan and 11 presets this little oven will make cooking just about anything (including a whole chicken) a breeze. It's a fully functional air fryer as well.

DEAL: Our Place Wonder Oven

This toaster oven may look as adorable as an Easy Bake Oven, but it doesn't perform like a toy. This thing can air fry, bake, roast, toast, broil, and reheat—when she tested it, our editor Carina Finn successfully made homemade bread in it. Read her love letter to this toaster oven to learn more.

DEAL: All-Clad Electrics Stainless Steel Immersion Blender

If you simply haven’t got the budget or counter space for a whole Vitamix blender, then an immersion blender might be the way to go. These are basically handheld blenders you can store in a drawer or cabinet, and take out whenever you need. Vitamix makes their own immersion blender (which you can also find on sale), but our editors prefer the All-Clad immersion blender. It features a high-speed Turbo button, and the blade is positioned a little higher than on other immersion blenders—meaning it better sucks even the chunkiest of vegetables into its vortex.

DEAL: Vitamix 5-Speed Immersion Blender

If you need a powerful blender but you're short on space or funds, Vitamix's handheld immersion blender can do anything a pitcher blender can do. This powerful stick blender is perfect for making soups and sauces because you can blend right in the pot (no pouring or transferring of hot liquids required), and it's wonderful for blending and emulsifying small-batch items like salad dressings and sauces right in your sauce pan or measuring cup.

DEAL: Ninja AF161 Max XL Air Fryer

There's a lot to love about this basket-style air fryer from Ninja. For one, its 5.5-quart capacity means you can fit 2-3 servings of fries, tater tots, Brussels sprouts, or chicken tenders in it. But the best feature is the "max crisp" function, which jacks up the temperature from the typical max of 400°F to 450°—ideal for getting your food crispy, fast.

If you don’t have one, you might as well buy one while they’re on sale.

BUY IT: Ninja Creami Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream & Frozen Treat Maker

Is the Ninja Creami an ice cream maker? Not exactly. In order to use the Ninja Creami you need to freeze all your contents ahead of time and then use it to blend them up. It's sort of like a consumer version of the Pacojet, if that means anything to you. If it doesn't, just know that it's the thing for making sorbets and smoothie bowls.

DEAL: Whynter Ice Cream Maker Machine 1.6 Qt. Automatic with Built-in Compressor

The one problem with the cheap ice cream makers out there is that you can't use them on a whim. You need to plan: Freeze the bowl 24 hours ahead of time for a single batch. But a compressor ice cream maker like this great one from Whynter lets you make ice cream whenever you want. Just pour your base in whenever you feel like and the compressor (like the one in your freezer) will chill it down and freeze it in about 25 or 30 minutes.
