Halle Berry‘s fans are used to seeing her flaunt her incredible figure on Instagram – and the picture she shared with her 8.6M followers on January 30th was the latest example.
The 57-year-old Oscar-winning actress put her sensational figure – which we know she works incredibly hard for – on display in a seductive brown maxi dress, featuring a halter neck and a plunging front that goes all the way down to her navel.
The Catwoman star’s post wasn’t just to show her fans how gorgeous she looked – although we wouldn’t find anything wrong with that! – as it was actually part of a menopause awareness post with Respin, her digital community focused on perimenopause and menopausal health.

The Moonfall actress captioned her post: “In a world full of trends, I choose timeless. Ladies, this is what menopause can look like! Let’s reframe it. Let’s destigmatize it. Let’s educate ourselves and celebrate each other during this magnificent phase of life! ” She then invited fans to “Head over to @respin to learn more,” followed by a brown heart emoji.
This isn’t the first time she has opened up about menopause either. Speaking to Women’s Health last year, the Bruised actress said: “I’m challenging everything I thought I knew about menopause, like: ‘Your life is over. You are disposable. Society no longer has a place for you. You should retire. You should pack it up.’ I’m challenging all of those stereotypes: ‘You have to look a certain way, you have to feel a certain way.’ No, that’s not true. I’m my best self now that I reached 56 years old.”
“I have the most to offer. I have zero blanks to give anymore, right?” the John Wick Chapter 3 actress continued at the time. “I’m solidly in my womanhood. I’m solidly in who I am and what I have to offer and what I have to say. I finally realize it’s valuable, even if no one else agrees. It’s my point of view, and I have a right to have it.”
As expected, the Monster’s Ball actress’s fans flooded the comments section of her January 30th Instagram post with compliments. “Goddess,” raved one fan, followed by three fire emojis. “God you’re absolutely beautiful,” agreed another. “You are timeless,” praised a third fan, followed by three red heart emojis. “Absolutely gorgeous lady,” commented another fan, followed by eight fire emojis.
“You are definitely timeless!” exclaimed another fan, as someone else said “Sexy Halle,” followed by an abundance of fire emojis. “You look so beautiful, free, peaceful, and unbothered. Love it! Stay blessed!” complimented another fan, followed by the purple heart emoji.
