The backyard furniture store already has nearly 30 stores in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut.
Shopping for patio furniture is about to become a lot easier. Fortunoff Backyard Store is set to open three storefronts in Northern Virginia, the first in the DC metro area. Salon Furniture
The retailer has signed leases at Crossroads Place in Falls Church, Sugarland Crossing in Sterling, and Parkway Crossing East in Woodbridge.
The Falls church location is taking over a 17,800-square-foot space and is slated to open later this year, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Fortunoff Backyard Store was created back in 1922 by Max and Clara Fortunoff as a shop-on-wheels on the streets of Brooklyn, New York. At first selling pots and pans, the retailer has since transitioned to selling all of your backyard needs, including outdoor serving carts, umbrellas, fire pits, and sofas.
