The equipment we use in the entire procedure includes the Shredder, Crusher, Pulverizer, Mixer, Hooper, Extrusion line, and Bailing machines.
The former three were used in the preparation process while the latter was used in production.
A very powerful machine used to break down large blocks of plastic into more easily breakable blocks. Made of really strong blades, the shredder starts the breakdown process allowing more easily manageable chunks for the crusher.
Having received more manageable chunks from the shredder, the crusher further breaks down the material into the most easily manageable form so the final sorting process becomes easier and the final milling process is done.
The Pulverizer is the machine that does the fine-milling process and converts the input into powder.
It is comprised of really sharp and strong blades that finely mill each and every material making it ready for transportation, the mixer and hooper machines.
The Mixer, as the name indicates is specifically used to mix additives such as Black Carbon and PVC Resin consistently with the help of heat.
It is comprised of durable tubes and powerful heating machines that output a consistent mixture.
The Hooper is the machine that further mixes the output of the Mixer.
Some components do not require more mixing in which case the powder is sucked into to the extrusion line by pressurized pipes.
The Hopper is expertly designed to create a more consistent mixture.
The Extrusion line is where the production process really happens.
It is composed of reliable motors, strong shafts, powerful heaters, large water tanks, strong pulling structures made of brushes, smart marking devices, and cutters.
All of these machines are built into one line and take powder as input to output PVC pipes.
The Bailing machine is the final machine in the production process.
It is uniquely designed to consist of heating and cooling machines.
This enables it to shape the ends of PVC to build longer lines. In addition, it also consists of durable pistons that aid this process.
