The Advan PM 1000 Watt PSU is a new addition too with a 80 Plus Platinum rating and ATX 3.1 compliance. Lastly, there's the entry-level VITA BD 850W which is an entry-level design but it still retains its ATX 3.1 & PCIe 5.1 support.
