There are two things I hate shopping for—swimsuits and bras. Mainly, it’s a challenge to find flattering styles that also support my 34D bust. So, when I find one that does both, I buy multiple, and my go-to sports bra for years is just $16 at Target.
I work from home and exercise daily, so I basically live in sports bras. The All in Motion Seamless Racerback Sports Bra is my most-reached-for style because it’s comfortable enough for casual wear while sitting at my desk and supportive enough to make me feel secure during various workouts, like outdoor runs and yoga classes. Out of all the sports bras I own (including ones over $60), this $16 Target find provides the best coverage, lift, and breathability.
I’ve tried sports bras with molded cups and hook-and-eye closures (aka ones designed for large busts) and found that they feel suffocating and look extremely bulky under clothing. Plus, the styles that feature underwire dug into my skin, and the fastener rubbed against my back.
This seamless style is made from a nylon, spandex, and recycled polyester blend that’s soft, stretchy, and doesn’t provide any discomfort, and it has removable cups that are easy to take out and put back in. Not to mention it has held up through years of sweaty workouts and trips through the washing machine.
Don’t let medium support fool you: The All in Motion sports bra is the only one I feel comfortable doing cardio in, meaning I would consider it a high-support design. Whether I’m doing jumping jacks, high knees, or jogging, it keeps the bounce to a minimum. It comes in sizes XS through 4X in nine colors, and I’ve found that the medium is the best fit for my 34D chest.
I’m not the only one who swears by this bra. It has garnered hundreds of five-star ratings from Target shoppers calling it “flattering,” “comfortable,” and “high-quality.” One reviewer with “triple D’s” said that the bra gives them “excellent support” and doesn’t “squish them.” Another person “loves” the sports bra so much, they have it “in almost every color,” adding that it fits them “perfectly.”
