The star attraction at Schwing Stetter India’s booth at EXCON 2015 will be the new batching plant M30Z which requires no foundation and belt conveyor for feeding aggregates. This product is result of feedback from the customers across India. Apart from M30Z batching plant, the company is also launching self loading mixer SLM2200, circular distributor RVH 18, motor grader GR150, 3-tonne wheel loader LW300FN, 5-tonne wheel loader ZL50GN will be the new products that will be launched at EXCON 2015. Added attractions will be the weigh bridge, newer looks of concrete pumps, indigenous version of S43sx Boom pump and inner climbing parts of the tower crane.

New introductions in Electronics and Automation will be MCI 55 Control System for CP 18 batching plant, MCI 100 for M1 batching plant, MCI 550 networking with ERP & GPS, electronic dozing system for shotcreting machine, and integrated control panels for stationary pumps will equip our range of equipment. Schwing Stetter India is probably the only company in India that has an in-house electronics and automation department. This department is involved in design and production of control panels for our truck mixers, concrete pumps, batching plants, etc. Because of the in-house expertise available, with a vast experience of over 15 years in India, Schwing Stetter is able to quickly respond to the customer needs and feedback on its equipment.

Control system for batching plants

During this EXCON, Schwing Stetter India will be exhibiting our new control systems MCI55 for the smaller capacity batching plants, which will have many added features, using the Siemens Micro PLC. This control system can help the customer operate the plant both in manual as well as in auto mode.

There will be a SCADA software interface, which will be offered as an option. Besides this, there will be a touch panel, graphic mimic screen, manual and automatic moisture correcting system and additional weigher capacities.

For medium-range batching plants, Schwing Stetter will introduce a new MCI 100 control system, again with Siemens Micro PLC, SCADA, data transfer and alarm annunciation, SMS facility giving critical alarm on production quantity, automatic moisture correcting system, and automatic calibration for weigher, online water correction for discrete and continuous mode and many more.

For the high end batching plants, the company will introduce our New MI550 control system. This control system will come with an automatic calibration facility for all weighers, silo changeover possibility during operation, accurate manual consumption, schedule-based batching, maintenance scheduling, all kinds of statistical reports, SMS facility giving critical alarm on production quantity, PID (Proportional Integrated and Derivative Control)-based batching operation, auto batch power recovery mode, authorizing based password control, plant networking, etc. This control system can also be integrated with weigh bridge measurements, and GPS facility.
