The rapper (born Jacques Bermon Webster II) has released merch featuring his own mug shot just hours after he was arrested in Miami very early Thursday morning on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing on a property after a warning after officers allegedly found him on a dock engaged in an argument with someone on a yacht, “yelling at the vessel occupants,” according to an arrest affidavit obtained by People. Police wrote that Scott was told to leave the dock “or he would be arrested.”

“Throughout the long walk from the vessel to the boardwalk,” authorities alleged in the report, “[Scott] walked backwards, yelling obscenities to the occupants of the vessel.” He did allegedly leave the dock, but after five minutes, returned and allegedly caused “a public disturbance.” Police then arrested him and brought him to the Miami Beach Police Department.

Scott “later admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and stated, ‘It’s Miami,’” the report continued.

He was released Thursday on a $650 bond for the two charges after pleading not guilty, and by Friday, Scott’s website featured a $35 black T-shirt emblazoned with Scott’s grinning mug shot and the phrase “It’s Miami.” The product name is listed as the “Free the Rage Tee #2” and the description says that $5 from each sale will go to the Cactus Jack Foundation, Scott’s charitable organization that, according to its website, serves youth by “providing access to education and creative resources to ensure long term success.” Scott also founded a record label by the same name.

Scott’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, shared a statement, per People, that the incident was “a misunderstanding.”

“Mr. Scott was briefly detained due to a misunderstanding,” Cohen said. “There was absolutely no physical altercation involved, and we thank the authorities for working with us towards a swift and amicable resolution.”

Representatives for Travis Scott did not immediately respond to Vanity Fair’s request for comment.
