Wilsonart decors add warmth and character to retirement facility interiors | Architecture & Design

Developed by Catholic Health, designed by Meli Studio, and built by Parkview Constructions, McQuoin Park is a state-of-the-art facility that caters to the needs of the elderly. The facility features a modern and inviting design that combines aesthetics with functionality.

Wilsonart decors are used throughout the facility’s units and display office. The interiors feature Alaska Hewn and Antique White, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as Landmark Wood, a rich and realistic woodgrain pattern that adds depth and character to the indoor spaces. Finally, Soft Grey Xtreme Matt creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere in any space. It is also highly durable and easy to clean, making it ideal for use in high-traffic areas.

Overall, the use of Wilsonart low pressure melamine panels (LPM panels) in the retirement centre is a testament to the versatility and quality of these surfaces. Whether it is the warm and inviting Alaska Hewn, the elegant Antique White Velvet or the calming Soft Grey Velvet, each decor plays a vital role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for both residents and family alike.
