There’s a new ID tag machine in the Imagination! Pavilion at EPCOT, so guests can make their own custom engraved tags. The machine is near the Amazing Pictures station inside ImageWorks.
The machine is next to a FuelRod portable charger machine. Mini Handheld Laser Marking Machine
The designs include those available on machines throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including Disney100 designs. There is also a Mickey-shaped Spaceship Earth design. ID tags are $15 each.
Curtains currently block the former Vanellope meet and greet location in the Imagination! Pavilion. Vanellope’s final day of meet and greets was August 19, but Figment, Mickey, and Minnie will soon be greeting guests in the pavilion.
The Figment meet and greet set to open “this summer,” so should be appearing any day now. Figment has appeared in EPCOT as a costumed character before, but it’s been a long time since guests could meet him. The specific location of the Figment meet and greet was never confirmed but the Imagination! Pavilion makes sense, as the building houses the Journey into Imagination with Figment attraction.
Mickey and Minnie will have a Disney100 meet and greet in the Imagination! Pavilion beginning on September 22. Joy from “Inside Out” still meets in the Imagination! Pavilion but she, too, may soon leave to make way for the two new meet and greets.
Destination D23 guests will get to enjoy “An Evening at EPCOT with D23” and some speculate it will include a preview of the Figment meet and greet, as well as a visit to Journey of Water, Inspired by “Moana.” As of now, nothing but “special surprises” is confirmed. New Figment merchandise is also currently available.
