The operating radius of the dragline is 116m, while the dumping height and digging depth are up to 64.5m and 76.7m respectively. The P&H 9020XPC is equipped with six or eight 1,700hp drag motors, eight 1,150hp swing motors, six or eight 1,700hp hoist motors, and four 1,150hp walk motors.

Caterpillar‘s Cat 8750 series draglines have a bucket capacity ranging from 76m³ to 116m³ (100yd³ to 152yd³) and 5,800t to 7,500t of working weight. The Cat 8750 is equipped with the world’s longest boom measuring up to 132.5m (435ft) and has a suspended load capacity of up to 383,286kg. The dragline is AC-powered and has been operational at TransAlta’s Highvale coal mine in Alberta, Canada, since 2010.

The Cat 8750 has an operating radius of 117.8m, and up to 61.5m dumping height and 79.8m digging depth, offering a suspended load capacity of 344,736kg. It is equipped with six to eight 1,650hp drag motors, six to eight 1,650hp hoist motors, eight to ten 1,250hp swing motors, and four 1,250hp walking motors.

The ESH 100.125 and ESH 100.100 draglines produced by Russian heavy engineering company OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group) are equipped with the world’s third biggest bucket capacity of 100m³. Boom lengths of these walking draglines are 125m and 100m respectively and the working weights are respectively 10,000t and 10,300t for ESH 100.125 and ESH 100.100.

Each model is equipped with four 2,500kW drag motors, four 2,500kW hoist motors and eight 100kw swing motors, whereas the suspended load capacity of both the draglines is 300,000kg.

The P&H 9020C dragline by Joy Global comes with bucket capacities ranging between 55m³ and 90m³ (75yd³ to 117yd³). Boom lengths of this series of AC powered draglines vary between 90m and 125m (300ft to 405ft) with the operating radius ranging from 86.3m to 114.8m. The working weight of P&H 9020C model dragline without bucket ranges from 5,647t to 5,955t.

The P&H 9020C draglines are powered by four or six 1700hp drag motors, four or six 1,700hp hoist motors, six 1,150hp swing motors, and two 1,430hp walk motors.

OMZ’s ESH 65.100 dragline comes with a 65m³ capacity bucket and 100m-long boom. The walking dragline weighing 5,460t has 23.5m base diameter and 97.6m dumping radius. The dumping height and digging depth of the dragline are 38.5m and 46m respectively.

The ESH 65.100 is powered by six 1,120kW drag motors, eight 1,120kW hoist motors and six 600kW swing motors. The maximum suspended load capacity of the dragline is 205,000kg.

Cat 8200 is the second biggest dragline produced by Caterpillar that comes with a bucket capacity up to 61m³ (80yd³) and 100m (328ft) long boom. The AC-powered walking dragline weighing up to 4,173t has 19.5m base diameter and offers up to 48.2m of dumping height and 49.7m of digging depth.

The Cat 8200 is powered by three or four 1,650hp drag motors; three or four 1,650hp hoist motors; three or four 1,250hp swing motors; and two 1,250hp walk motors. The rated suspended load of the dragline is up to 181,437kg.

Joy Global’s P&H 9010C dragline comes with 42m³ to 60m³ (55yd³ to 80yd³) bucket capacity and up to 106.7m-long boom. The AC-powered walking dragline weighing up to 4,056t offers 105.2m of maximum operating radius, while the dumping height and digging depth are up to 42.1m and 68.3m respectively.

The P&H 9010C draglines are powered by four 1,430hp drag motors, four 1,430hp hoist motors, four 1,150hp swing motors, and two 1,150hp walking motors.

The ESH 40.130 and the ESH 40.100 draglines produced by OMZ are fitted with 40m³ capacity buckets and have boom lengths of 130m and 100m respectively. Working weights of these draglines are 5,460t and 3,310t respectively. The ESH 40.130 with 27m base diameter offers a dumping height up to 56m of and digging depth of up to 60m. The ESH 40.100 comes with an 18m base diameter and offers 40m of maximum dumping height and up to 47m of digging depth.

Both the draglines are equipped with four 1,120kW drag motors. The ESH 40.130, however, comes with six 1,120kW hoist motors and six 600kW swing motors, whereas the ESH 40.100 is fitted with four 1,120kW hoist motors and four 600kW swing motors. The rated suspended load of both the draglines is 125,000kg.

Cat 8000 draglines come with 32m³ (42yd³), while the boom length varies between 71.9m and 96m (236ft to 215ft). Working weight of the dragline with bucket is up to 1,792t and the base diameter is up to 15.6m. The operating radius of the Cat 8000 range draglines is up to 88.08m while the maximum loading height and digging depth are 40.8m and 53.6m respectively.

The Cat 8000 draglines are equipped with two 1,230kW drag motors, two 1,230kW hoist motors, and two 477kW swing motors. The suspended load capacity of the dragline is up to 95,000kg.

OMZ’s ESH 30.110 walking dragline is fitted with a 30m³ capacity bucket and has a boom length of 110m. The dragline has a base diameter of 18m and working weight 3,420t. The maximum dumping height and digging depth of the ESH 30.110 are 46.2m and 53m respectively.

The dragline is equipped with three 1,120kW drag motors, three 1,120kW hoist motors, and three 600kW swing motors. The maximum suspended load of the dragline is 95,000kg.
