Storacall TeleAcoustics has announced the launch of its ‘T600’ telephone hood, which is an addition to their range of telephone hoods, kiosks, booths, cabinets and acoustic enclosures. The unit has been designed for use in industrial and noisy environments or where privacy is required. The T600 telephone hood is fabricated from zintec steel with a light grey powder coat paint finish; other colours are available by special order. The hood’s compact size keeps wall space required to a minimum.
The 25mm wall cavity is lined with class ‘0’ fire retardant foam, which provides up to 16dB noise reduction. Telephones can be positioned on the shelf or wall mounted in the back of the hood. Heavier phones can be mounted on an optional extra steel mounting plate, which can safely support a load of up to 50 kg. Overall dimensions are: H700mm W500mm D410mm (excluding fixing brackets). It weighs 15.4Kg.
