Peg Perego, a manufacturer of battery-operated ride on toys, on Friday showed 8-year-old Jackson Laux around the Fort Wayne factory where John Deere ride-on toys are made. Jackson is a farm enthusiast who posts to the TikTok page Just a Jackson Thing, which has more than 350,000 followers. The local company invited Jackson to the factory after hearing about Jackson’s interest in farming and the John Deere brand of farming implements, according to a news release. Jackson toured the factory and took a ride on the toy of his choice.
