Concord Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Court Roundup | Concord, NH Patch

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Wayne Felong, 42, with a last known address of Loudon Road in Concord, was indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence-intoxicating substance, two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence-domestic violence-victim under 13, a single count of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence-victim under 13, and a falsifying physical evidence charge, all felonies. Christopher Katsikas, 61, of Cresent Road in Manchester on criminal threatening and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of sending a video to a woman threatening to murder or assault her on July 29, 2021, in Henniker.

Megan Douillette, 42, of Pleasant Street in Concord on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (carisoprodol, methamphetamine, and buprenorphine) on July 15, 2021, in Bow.

Noah Clark, 26, of Lopp Road in Concord on four felony counts of assaults by prisoners. He was accused of assaulting Merrimack County Jail personnel on Aug. 19, 2021, in Boscawen.

Stefan Gauthier, 36, of Church Street in Tilton on dispensing a controlled drug-death resulting and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge. He was accused of dispensing a fatal amount of fentanyl to Nicholas Reynolds on Sept. 9, 2018, in Franklin which caused his death on Sept. 10, 2018. Gauthier was also sentenced to 180 months in prison for meth trafficking.

Phillip Bryson, 50, of Lochmere Circle in Tilton on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Fisherville Road in Concord after being certified as a habitual offender on Nov. 1, 2021.

Tyssen West Butler, 46, of Burpee Hill Road in New London on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-anabolic steroids testosterone propionate and testosterone isocaproate charge. He was accused of possessing the drug on April 20, 2021, in New London.

Christopher M. Sanginario, 46, of Newport Road in New London on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Nov. 20, 2020, in New London.

Zachary Lucas, 31, of Hall Street in Concord on a felony possession of meth charge on Jan. 12, 2021, in the area of Loudon Road in Concord.

Benjamin Brown, 81, of Webster Avenue in Franklin on two felony counts of felonious sexual assault-domestic violence. In 2016, in Franklin, he was accused of assaulting a girl.

Ryan Cormier, 31, of Granite Street in Manchester on a felony conspiracy theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working with Nikolas Carr to steal two generators on White Sands Road in Pembroke on June 18, 2021, according to the indictment.
