As Irish forklift maker Combilift marked 25 years in business with the launch of three new products, Hangcha and Baoli also unveiled new forklifts.
At a gala at its headquarters in Monaghan, Ireland, Combilift introduced the new Combi-AGT autonomous guided forklift, the giant Combi-LC and Combi-Connect, a telematic software product.
The Combi-AGT is a four-wheel electric stand-on sideloader, with driverless capability and a capacity of 5,000 kg.
The Combi-LC represents Combilift’s first foray into the offshore wind sector. The product, designed in collaboration with Siemens Gamesa, can move wind turbine blades and towers through the production stages and on to storage locations.
Hangcha, meanwhile, launched a high-voltage lithium battery rough terrain forklift range.
The 2.5 t and 3.5t rough terrain forklifts have high ground clearance, wide-base deep tread tyres and can travel at up to 26 km/hr.
The forklifts have lift speed of up to 660 mm/s and gradability up to 63%.
“It will be a perfect solution for customers who want a clean, green and powerful rough terrain forklift,” says Hangcha International deputy general manager Geroge Zhang.
In Milan in Italy, Baoli EMEA launched a new series of diesel and LPG forklifts.
The entry-level KBD/G 25-35 forklifts have load capacities of 2.5 to 3.5 T and will be available in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
"We make material handling simple for our customers,” says Baoli brand management director Francesco Pampuri. “Our reliable and safe vehicles are convincing in terms of cost, quality and safety."
The KBD trucks are powered by Doosan Euro 5 diesel engines. For markets where CE conformity is not mandatory, a Weichai diesel engine is also available.
The KBG series is equipped with Doosan LPG engines, available in versions for both EU and non-EU markets.
