That's because a savvy homeowner has revealed how she achieved an 'easy garden DIY on a budget' - using nothing but bargain buys from the likes of Home Bargains and B&Q.
In the clip posted to TikTok (@weir_home), she shared a snap of her tired-looking garden before the transformation - and it's fair to say it was in desperate need of some TLC.
"We had this horrible dead patch at the side of our house that hardly ever got any sunlight so would continuously get marshy and fill up with weeds," she says.
"I was sick of looking at it so decided to DIY it."
She then goes on to show how she transformed her outdoor haven using "four simple things that won't break the bank."
The DIY guru begins: "Firstly, I found these wooden edgings and Home Bargains that are £4.99 each and then painted on the same colours or fences, which is Cuprinol natural stone."
She then notes that she applied two coats and waited for them to dry, before getting her partner to cut them to size.
"Once the edgings were in place, I then filled them with large pebbles from B&Q before finishing off by adding these artificial topiary balls," she continues.
In the caption alongside the post, she broke down the exact items and prices that she used to achieve the final look.
"I USED: "Wooden edging - Home Bargains (£4.99 each).
"Paint - Cuprinol natural stone (£16 for 1L).
"White pebbles - B&Q (£13.30 a bag).
"Topiary balls - Home Bargains (£6.99 each). "Let me know what you think of this transformation and if you’ll be trying it."
It wasn't long before the post went viral, garnering a whopping 47k views and several comments from very impressed homeowners.
"Awh that's beautiful," praised one.
A second penned: "This is genius!! I’ll be doing this! Thank you!"
A third commented: "Gorgeous idea!!"
Meanwhile, a fourth asked: "Where are the green faux balls from? Looks lovely!"
