CHESTER COUNTY, N.C. (WBTV) - A dead body was found inside a vehicle fire, according to the Chester County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff states that they responded to a vehicle fire on Saturday morning on Nov. 29. Heavy Turnbuckle
The vehicle fire was located off Turnbuckle Road located off of SC Highway #9.
When deputies arrived on scene they found a dead body inside the vehicle.
The sheriff has requested the SC Law Enforcement (SLED) to take the lead on this investigation going forward.
