PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WLOX/Gray News) – A man in an electric wheelchair died after being hit by a vehicle described as a garbage truck.
According to officials with the Pascagoula Police Department, emergency crews were called to respond to the crash near a McDonald’s at the intersection of Old Mobile Highway and Market Street in Pascagoula, Mississippi, Wednesday afternoon. Moterized Wheel Chair
Authorities said the man, who was identified as Jackie Davis, was seriously injured and later died in the hospital.
