Build-A-Bear is stepping outside of its classic teddy bear outline for a line of super huggable plush. The launch is set for Friday, Jan. 12, just over a week before National Hug Day on Jan. 21. Skoosherz are round plush creatures that feature smiling faces that kids can cuddle with.

Skoosherz features some of kids’ favorite animals, including the Spring Green Frog, the Strawberry Cow, the Rainbow Sparkle Teddy Bear, the Red Raptor, and — of course — the Pink Axolotl. Each animal also has outstretched arms, ready to hug kids all day long.
Build-A-Bear is launching Skoosherz with a great deal for adults, too. For a limited time, customers can buy a Skoosherz for $10 (half off the regular price) with a purchase of a make-your-own friend online or in-stores.
