Press release from the issuing company wood sign printer
Based on the popular JFX200 platform in an efficient size
Suwanee, GA – Mimaki USA, a leading manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutters, today announced the JFX200-1213 EX medium format UV-LED flatbed printer. This model is a significant addition to the JFX Series, enabling businesses to expand their production capabilities without requiring the space of a traditional wide-format printer. The JFX200-1213 EX printer will be on display in the Mimaki booth C1737 in the Central Hall at PRINTING United, September 10-12 in Las Vegas.
Big impact, small footprint The Mimaki JFX200-1213 EX medium format UV-LED flatbed printer is designed for low- to medium-volume production and small-sign print service providers. It is ideal for in-house print shops, such as those in hospitals and universities, that lack space for a large format printer. With a 4’ x 4’ bed size, it can print up to four 18” x 24” signs simultaneously and can be fitted with a jig for volume object decoration.
This model is ideal for print service providers specializing in medium-volume printing applications such as textured surfaces and ADA-compliant-capable signage. Print service providers can produce Braille with a plug-in app for easy addition of tactile textures, and seamlessly integrate the JFX200-1213 EX printer into their production for ADA applications.
The JFX200-1213 EX UV-LED printer is based on the proven JFX Series platform that offers large format production capabilities in a smaller footprint. It includes all the Mimaki Core Technologies found on the larger model for consistent, high-quality output and efficient operation.
Availability The JFX200-1213 EX printer will be available with a range of ink formulations and colors for printing to a wide range of rigid and flexible surfaces. It is expected to be available for order in the US beginning in the fourth quarter of 2024.
