The Big Bend BBQ brings an eclectic line up of BBQ offerings to Bend’s Alpenglow Park Friday and Saturday.
Culinary vendors fired up their grills Friday evening offering smoky flavors of Texas brisket to Korean BBQ.
"It's an old family recipe and we do it southern style, it's no sauce it's all smoke, it's about a 16 hour smoke on some of our meats so it's low and slow," said Terry Dumore of Rolling Smoke BBQ Company.
Live music, vendors, tasty treats, and bouncy houses were also on hand for the family friendly event.
The summer fun festivities continue Saturday from 11am-10pm.
