Work on Iron Hill Brewery’s latest restaurant hit a milestone last week when the brewery’s tanks were delivered to the future site of the brew pub in the Lehigh Valley Mall’s Lifestyle Center.

Other equipment delivered to the site included a mash tun, heating exchange, fermentation tanks, serving tanks and a grain mill, according to a statement from Mark Edelson, Iron Hill’s co-founder and vice president of beer. 100 gallon brew kettle

“Similar to all Iron Hill Breweries & Restaurants, these tanks and this equipment enable us to bring our craft beer directly from the tanks to the tables,” he said.

The restaurant is scheduled to open this summer at the Whitehall Township shopping destination. A firm date has yet to be set.

It will occupy the spot formerly occupied by Bravo! Cucina Italiana. Bravo! permanently closed last October after attempting a bumpy comeback in 2021.

The Lifestyle Center is also home to a taproom for Pocono Brewing Co.
