The man's motorbike was tied to the attachment and dangled as he and the vehicle were carried across the 15ft-deep pit. The northeast monsoon and low-pressure area of weather affected the region which caused several national highways and bridges to be damaged, impacting more than 200,000 individuals. According to the state weather bureau Pagasa, the region will continue to experience heavy rains until the coming weeks.
