SafanDarley North America LLC has introduced the Multi Cell, an automated bending system for products up to 500 by 2,000 mm and 40 to 125 tons of pressing force. This compact system is suitable for bending a variety of products and provides flexible, robotized automation for the midsize sheet metal range.
The system is retrofit-capable, allowing the integration of new technology and features to help ensure long-term investment value. Key features include compatibility with servo-electronic or hydraulic press brakes, a 70-kg FANUC robot, customizable software and electronics, and options for feed-in/retake stations, angle measurement, and sheet thickness. small press brake machine
The modular design includes safety fencing, automatic doors, and AGV support for automated feed-in/-out. The centrally positioned robot helps enhance flexibility by maximizing reach and adaptability to any production setup.
