“It is a pleasure to share this celebration with the first generations; For us it is a great achievement and we have the view towards the future "
While the products and the company have adapted to the passage of time, it is the values of the first generation that have made agricultural boxes sustainable throughout these four decades.
Roberto explains that "the first generation taught us to work in an equitable way where you meet the five values: clients, suppliers, employees, shareholders and are part of a community, integrating you through decent works and social programs"

For its part, Alejandro considers that the first generation inherits the Know How as well as knowing how to stay at the forefront. "Our internal philosophy, knowing how to communicate with the client and supplier and how to make an approach to new projects are just some of the many positive actions that the first generation has taught us and that have brought us to success" Alejandro Postlethwaite, general general director of Agricultural Boxes Rooberto Postlethwaite, General Director of Investments Roka Sapiexpansion of the US Market

Test of the legacy is that currently agricultural boxes are found in nine states of the Mexican Republic and this year they expanded their market to the United States with the company Cactus Packaging Supplies LLC in McAllen, Texas. “The first market that was opened was in McAllen, Texas , where the border synergy helped us and, on the other hand, we realized that there is no company that offered this type of solutions; We achieve it in collaboration with our suppliers and the same self -service market ”Roberto Postlethwaite

On the financial issue, Alejandro Postlethwaite informs that the company is growing with a firm step and adjusting the methodology. "It is a market with a lot of potential, we are projecting that in 2025 we open two more regions: Arizona and California."
One of the main challenges when you open their way in a foreign country is to know the cultural uniqueness of each region; To do this, Roberto explains some of the strategies that have benefited them: “We begin to integrate ourselves to agricultural civil associations and understand what we could offer; always in the agreement that it is we who adjust and not the client ”challenges, learning and change of course

The natural cycle of companies is a constant combination between challenges and learning, because as it is growing, the strategies have to become effective and the entrepreneur, a resilient person.
The general director of Inversiones Roka, Roberto Postlethwaite, shares that a moment of challenge was to become a more friendly and conscious company with the environment that led to not only changing the way to produce, but also a change of mentality. “One of the most notorious challenges was to change the product and change our culture, we were very focused on waxed cardboard boxes, however, they could not recycle or reuse. Then we start looking for a product that replaced it, as well as hire professionals in the field to develop a reusable packaging ”

The above opened the possibility of including in their inventory of products the distribution of accessories packaging, such as platform, plastic box and other types of products that are more sustainable.
"I don't like to see things how crisis, rather, they are opportunities to improve and adapt," he complements.
Under this same tenor, the director of Agricultural Boxes, Alejandro Postlethwaite, reflects that the strategies that have been taken are based on having healthy finances, being one step ahead and providing situations. "Every crisis has an economic impact and it is impossible to guess what will happen in the future, however, we can analyze previous situations and train our team to be ready before any circumstance that could happen" socially responsible company

Throughout these 45 years, together with their collaborators, suppliers, workers and shareholders, agricultural boxes has determined to create a work environment that seeks integration, cooperation and responsibility for the community as to its clients. Proof of this is the low labor rotation that the company has, as well as collaborators who have more than 25 years in the Family Boxes.
In addition to this, consciousness for the environment and climate change is added; To do this, they created two by -products: cycle, a vermicomposta project composed of organic waste, which decompose via worms creating a fertilizer rich in nutrients for the soil; and Quick Start, made with waxed corrugated caron waste, ideal for coal and firewood. And in help to society, agricultural boxes has supported Casas Hogar de Mexicali with a dress, footwear, education and health in conjunction with foundations, such as Marianita Curiel, among many more.
