The laser cut panel is available in different metals,such as aluminum ,copper, stainelss steel. carbon steel ect, aluminum is most commonly used.
We provide different finish treaments accroding to differnet color and different application from mill finish, anodized , paint， powder coating to PVDF. For outdoor decoration, powder coated and PVDF are common.

1. First, focus on the function of the laser cut screens.
Some customers want to use these laser cut panels for room divider; some want to use them for villa fence; some for ceiling. We should have clear usage for these panels and then determine the spec. For example, the laser cut panel should be hard for fence, so we can choose steel or galvanized plate with 2.5mm/3mm or aluminum alloy 3003/5052 with 3.5mm/4mm.
2. Second, focus on the size of the laser cut screens.
The max width we often do is 1500mm; the length can be 3000mm or 4000mm. But please note if the size you chose is large, the panels should be thicker.
3. Third, focus on the finish of laser cut screens.
If you want to install these panels indoor, powder coating is enough to protect the panel surface; if you want to install these panels outdoor, PVDF painting is a better choice.
4. Fourth, focus on the pattern and quantity you want.
